Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original condition (unused, unworn, with all tags attached)
- Item must be in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Digital products or e-books
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as "Final Sale"
- Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
- Gift cards
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact us at support@repclub.pk or call +92 300 1234567
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return approval and instructions
- Pack the item carefully in original packaging
- Ship the item to our return address (provided after approval)
Return Shipping
Shipping costs for returns are as follows:
- Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
- Wrong Item Received: We cover return shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer covers return shipping costs
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you via email about the status of your refund
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Refund will be credited to your original payment method (JazzCash/EasyPaisa)
- You will receive a confirmation email once refund is processed
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Item shows signs of use or wear
- Item is returned without original packaging
- Item is missing tags or accessories
- Return request is made after 7 days
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:
- Follow the return process for the original item
- Place a new order for the desired item
- We will process the refund for the returned item
- Exchanges are subject to availability
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery)
- Provide photos of the damage/defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or full refund
- No return shipping costs for damaged items
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped:
- Contact us within 2 hours of placing the order
- Full refund will be processed if order hasn't shipped
- Once shipped, follow the return process instead
Payment Method Refunds
Refunds are processed according to the original payment method:
- JazzCash: Refund credited within 3-5 business days to your JazzCash wallet
- EasyPaisa: Refund credited within 3-5 business days to your EasyPaisa account
